how they move. Yoga helps them to build self-confidence, self-awareness, coordination,
strength and, flexibility, as well as the crucial skills of focusing and relaxing!
In these classes, yoga will be presented in
a fun and playful format. The children will
learn basic poses, breathing exercises,
self-calming skills and some really
fun yoga games.
