About Lisa Hallmon
Lisa Hallmon attended her first yoga class as a senior in college. While she totally enjoyed the physical challenge of learning yoga poses, the feeling of calm and centeredness that came over her as she left every class made an even bigger impact. No matter what else was going on in and around her, after yoga class she felt that a little space opened up in her mind, where possibilities and solutions came to light. It took more than 20 years from that first class to come back to yoga. After much swimming, running, biking, and walking enduring sore shoulders and knees along the way, Lisa came back to yoga to work on balance, flexibility and to recapture that centeredness.
When Lisa came to Inside Out Yoga she found a studio that values everyone as they are right here/right now. She received her Yoga Teacher Training Certificate from the studio and is excited to share what she's learned. Lisa extends a warm and enthusiastic welcome to you whether you are new to yoga or have previous yoga experience. Lisa thinks that one of the best things about yoga is that you're never done, you've never mastered it all, there is always something new to learn. Come join her, all you need to bring is yourself and a willingness to try something new.
